RAS Members
Royston Arts Society usually has around 80 – 100 members who mostly live within a 25 mile radius of Royston. Our members include the full range of talent from relative beginners to professional artists. Some of us offer tuition or workshops, in addition to selling art works. Others just like to paint and do not enter anything into our exhibitions.
However experienced, or otherwise, the members of this friendly group have one thing in common – we all enjoy painting!
It is always interesting to see what other members are painting. Whether you attend the Tuesday painting sessions, the Friday art demonstrations or our exhibitions there will always be food for thought.
Membership Fee
The Membership Fee includes your annual subscription and a one-off joining fee of £2.00. Your membership will run through to 31st March 2026. If you wish to continue as an RAS member after that date, you will need to renew your membership before 31st March 2026 to avoid paying the joining fee again.

All the RAS activities and events are included in the Membership Fee. There is no further price to pay apart from the commission on any paintings or greetings cards sold at an RAS exhibition.
