Following our successful Autumn Exhibition in Royston Town Hall, we are pleased to announce that our Online Autumn Exhibition will be opening on Saturday 1st October 2022. It will close on Thursday 1st December 2022.
It contains many of the pictures that were on display at the exhibition in Royston Town Hall plus some new pictures to replace those that have already sold.

The RAS Library Exhibition of members’ paintings will resume on Monday 3 October As we shall be starting again from scratch, so please make an extra effort to bring along some paintings and help to ensure a good display. The handing-in session will be 3.15 to 4.00pm. See Peter Morgan’s email of 28 September for more information.
Our Tuesday afternoon practical sessions in the coming month will be on 4 October and 18 October from 2.00 to 4.00pm in the Market Hill Rooms.
The next Demonstration evening, following our summer break, will be on Friday 14 October in the Market Hill Rooms, starting at 8.00pm. This time the artist will be Ophelia Redpath, whose subject will be “Surreal Painting in Oils”. Ophelia, who lives near Cambridge, was Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year 2021 and has won international acclaim for her work, which attracts descriptions such as “magic realism” and “enchantment”.
